Independent Elections: Adoption of the final results of the elections of the Chambers of Commerce

The Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission decided to approve the final results of the elections of members of the boards of directors of the Chambers of Commerce for the year 2022, in light of the results received from the supervisory committees that were formed to supervise the conduct of the election process, and theBoard also decided to approve the final results of representatives of commercial sectors in the Kingdom after being audited by the committee formed by the Board of Commissioners Resolution No. (53/2022) issued on 30/11/2022.
The Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission also announced that the number of candidates for membership of the Board of Directors of theSouthern Shouneh Neighbor Chamber is less than the number prescribed for its Board of Directors, provided that the Chamber's Board of Directors appoints the remaining number of members of its Board of Directors in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (c) of Article (16) of the Chambers of Commerce Law No. (45) of 2009 and its amendments.
It was also announced that the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Salt was electedby acclamation based on the provisions of paragraph (a) of Article (16) of the Chambers of Commerce Law No. (45) of 2009 and its amendments.
