Independent Elections: Closing the door for candidacy for the elections of the Chambers of Commerce and reopening it to the Southern Shouneh Chamber of Commerce.

The Independent Election Commission announced the closure of candidacy for membership in the elections of chambers of commerce and representatives of commercial sectors 2022, as the number of applications for candidacy for membership of boards of directors reached (243) applications and (25) applications to represent the commercial sectors. 

According to the Chambers of Commerce Law and the executive instructions issued pursuant thereto, the Supervisory Committee decides whether the candidacyapplication is accepted or rejected within five days from the date of receiving the candidacy applications from the Chambers of Commerce Office. 

The Independent Election Commission also announced the re-reception of applications for candidacy for the elections of members of the Board of Directors of the Southern Shouneh Chamber of Commerce and representatives of the commercial sector in accordance with the provisions of the Chambers of Commerce Law, as a result of the incomplete number. 
The Authority invited those wishing to run for membership of the Board of Directors of the Southern Shouna Chamber of Commerce and representatives of the commercial sector, to submit candidacy applications at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce on (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) corresponding to (6,7,8/11/2022) at eight in themorning until three in the evening, except on Tuesday, the working hours are until two in the afternoon.
The Authority also indicated that the electronic candidacy application can be obtained through the Authority's website.
The Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission had set Saturday, 3/12/2022, as the date for voting for the elections of members of the boards of directors of the Chambers of Commerce
