Al Maaytah : An active partisan movement in the Jordanian arena

Engineer Musa Al Maaytah, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission, said that the partisan movement has begun to increase, andwe are witnessing a remarkable turnout in it, and that the Commission constantly receives requests for registration, merger or correction of the situation, and that parties have begun to hold their general conference, while some parties have not met the conditions for correcting the situation by counting, explaining that the Commission has nothing to do with the internal discussions of the party, expecting that at least 7 parties will be ready by the end of the year, although it has not passed a law Parties more than 6 months.
Al-Maaytah explained that the Commission has launched an awareness campaign to promote political participation entitled (The Solution is Participation) and began to notice the high level of acceptance of partisan work, especially among young people, through discussions that take place through dialogues and training carried out by the Commission, and that the Commission will launch the political week in universities to introduce party work and the electoral law.
Maaytah stressed that those who want to achieve theirpolitical ambitions must join parties, and that the future today is for collective work instead of individual.
Regarding the elections of the Chambers of Industry, scheduled for Saturday, Al-Maaytah announced that the Commission has completed its preparations for it, and that the cadres working in the Commission have advanced experience in managing electoral operations of allkinds, and that the Commission's insistence on checking voters' lists was in order to ensure the integrity of the electoral process, considering the voters' list as the title of this integrity.
