Maaytah meets "Palestine Monitor"

The Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission, Eng. Musa Al-Maaytah, met with a delegation representing a group of Palestinian organizations and civil society institutions, which work with each other under the name of "Palestine Monitor".
During the meeting, Al-Maaytah reviewed the political qualitative shift in Jordan, stressing the importance of the constitutional amendments and the outputs emanating from the Royal Committee for the Modernization of the Political System, which contributed to activating the role of youth and women and enhancing their participation in political life in general and elections in particular.
Al-Maaytah also indicated that the Independent Election Commission, in addition to managing the electoral process and spreading awareness and electoral education, hasbecome one of its responsibilities to implement and implement the Political Parties Law, as the Commission seeks to work to create an appropriate partisan climate, which helps to move from individual work to collective work in a way that serves the national interest and preserves the social fabric.
At the end of the meeting, which was moderated by the Director General ofRA Sad (Jordan), Dr. Amer Bani Amer, an extensive dialogue took place in which Al-Maaytah answered the questions and inquiries of the guests.
