Independent Elections: Approval of the request to merge two parties into the National Charter Party

The Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission decided to approve the request to merge the parties (Al-Wafa Al-Watani) and (National Aid) into the (National Charter Party), after studying the application and the attachments and documents that enhance the conditions that must be met for the purposes of integration, considering the merger procedures valid and consistent with the merger procedures stipulated in the law.
The Commission confirmed that accordingly, the National Charter Party is  the legal and de facto successor to the National Aid and National Loyalty parties, and  all the rights belonging to them devolve to it and bear the obligations arising from them under the law, considering the National Aid and Loyalty parties dissolved by virtue.
The Commission also announced that the National Charter Party must correct its situation in accordance with the provisions of the law before 14/5/2023.
