Independent for Election: Acceptance of the application for the establishment of the Erada Party / Under Establishment

The media spokesman of the Independent Electoral Commission Mohamed Khair Al-Rawashdah announced that based on the provisions of paragraph (d) of Article (10) of the Political Parties Law No. (7) of 2022, and with reference to the application for incorporation submitted by the commissioners of the Irada Party / under incorporation on 26/6/2022 to the register of parties in the Independent Electoral Commission.
The Board of Commissioners of the Independent Electoral Commission decided in its meeting held on 20/7/2022 to accept the application for the establishment of the party (Irada) under establishment because it meets the requirements for the establishment of (935) members.
The media spokesperson for the Commission explained that according to the provisions of paragraphs (a) and (b) of articles (6 and 8) of the Political Parties Law No. (7) of 2022, the founders must hold a founding conference of the party within a period not exceeding one year from the date of acceptance of the application for incorporation.
