The Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Electoral Commission, Engineer Musa Al-Maaita, stressed the importance of dialogue, acceptance of others and respect for their opinions and the rule of law, explaining that this is one of the basics of democratic work in all its forms and practices, which came during his participation in the launch of the student political school conferences in Madaba province, which is organized by the Ministry of Education in cooperation with the Independent Electoral Commission and the Center for Life - Observatory.

"Democracy is primarily a practice and therefore young people have the greatest role to play in the democratic construction process, as they make up the vast majority of society and are the most capable of bringing about change and promoting democratic concepts on the ground, and concepts of respect for diversity, political pluralism and respect for opinion and other opinions," he said.
During the conference, Al-Maaita reviewed the history of party life in Jordan since 1928 and the mechanism of forming party governments, and pointed out that party or collective work through blocs in the House of Representatives is much better than individual work and its impact is stronger and wider, as al-Maaita explained that the commission has become concerned with monitoring the affairs of political parties administratively and financially, through a special directorate within the authority concerned with the registration and financing of parties.

To update the curriculum to include the concepts of participation in all its aspects, the tribes stressed that all ministries work in constant harmony in the public interest.
