Dr. Khaled Al-Kalada, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Electoral Commission, invited the staff of the Independent Electoral Commission in preparation for his departure from the commission with the end of his legal six-year term. In his speech, Kalaldeh said that he is leaving the commission with his head raised by what has been achieved and by the accumulation of knowledge and experience among the cadres of the Commission, and by the institutional development witnessed by the Independent Electoral Commission in recent years, which has achieved successive achievements in the field of electoral processes. 

Kalaldeh said that the task was not easy, but determination and determination and concerted efforts contributed to the achievement, announcing that he will leave his site in accordance with the law in the next few days, and that he is confident of continuing the march and progress in the work of the Commission. For his part, Dr. Zuhair Abu Fares, a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Electoral Commission, said that he leaves the commission after spending the legal period, proud to work with the Board of Commissioners of the Authority as a whole and the Chairman of the Council in particular in addition to the administrative staff of the Authority, praising the ability of the Chairman of the Authority Dr. Khalid al- Kalaldeh to manage difficulties and face crises clearly and transparently. Dr. Awad Al Karadsha, head of the administrative body of the Independent Electoral Commission, thanked all the staff of the Authority for their time in the board of commissioners, stressing that the staff had learned many of them, and that he was proud of what had been achieved, and that he was proud of what had been achieved, and that he was proud of the continued achievement and institutional construction of the authority. The provincial councils and the Secretariat of Oman 2017 and 2022 in addition to the elections of chambers of industry and chambers of commerce, and characterized by technical and procedural progress in the management of elections, matching the best practices of the world, including the management of elections in the time of the Corona pandemic, in which exceptional public safety standards were applied,  In recent years, the Commission has made remarkable progress in the science of electoral management, seeking to enhance voter confidence in the electoral process.  This period also witnessed progress in institutional work, including building the capacity of workers and developing their skills, as well as the establishment of the Electoral Institute, a permanent media center and a press supporting the work of the Authority, as well as the development of electronic capabilities and the information center for elections, the development of social communication tools and the operational training of the staff of the authority and committees working in the field, and witnessed an increase in awareness and education to schools and universities, the latest of which was the launch of the project (I participate parties) which aims to promote the thinking of party work among university students and young people in general,  It also witnessed the development of warehouses, which contributed to reducing the cost of the electoral process, as well as the establishment of the political parties unit in accordance with the constitutional amendments 2022  In the last six years, the Authority has witnessed distinguished regional and international relations with arab donors and electoral departments, which made Jordan the permanent headquarters of the Arab Organization of Electoral Departments, and held in Jordan a number of meetings and workshops international and regional aimed at exchanging experiences in the latest developments of electoral sciences, which reflected on the performance of the Independent Electoral Commission, and contributed to the transfer of the Jordanian experience to international experts and specialists.
