Independent election: Distribution of awareness brochures for the stage of candidacy for provincial councils, municipal councils, and the Amman Secretariat Council

The Independent Electoral Commission has prepared brochures for the stage of running for the elections of provincial councils, municipal councils, and the Amman Secretariat Council, which is scheduled to take place on March 22, where six types of these brochures have been prepared to cover the stage of candidacy, electoral advertising and voting, in addition to providing a CD containing laws and legislation governing the electoral process. According to the Commission, these brochures have been distributed to the election committees, which in turn will distribute them to those seeking to run for mayor and membership of the municipal council, the provincial council, and the Amman Secretariat Council. The Board of Commissioners of the Independent Electoral Commission has set February 7th, 8th, and 9th as the date for running for provincial councils, municipal councils and the Amman Secretariat Council.
