Independent Election holds a training workshop for data input 

January 16, 2022 The Independent Election Authority held a training workshop for data entry trainers and technical liaison officers for electronic connectivity participating in the provincial council elections, municipal councils and the Amman Secretariat Council scheduled for March. Dr. Awad Al Karadsha, Secretary General of the Independent Electoral Commission, stressed during the opening of the first training workshop sessions, which last for 10 days, the importance of electronic connectivity at all stages of the electoral process as one of the guarantees of integrity and transparency and an important factor in enhancing voter confidence in the electoral process.  He praised the efforts of the cadres working in the electronic link committees and their role in the success of the electoral process, stressing the need for sensory detection of polling stations, counting and electronic rehabilitation and finding alternatives in the event of problems through cooperation with the heads of the committees.  
The workshop deals with many topics related to the electronic connectivity process, including how to deal with the electronic electoral system, the mechanisms for linking and communication between polling stations and the main information center in the independent environment and the mechanisms of communication and technical support.   He also revealed the existence of a new mechanism in the process of extracting results by modern technological methods through the use of the electronic reader for sorting records.
