The Independent Commission for the election published on its website the executive instructions for the elections of provincial councils and municipal councils and the Council of Oman Secretariat pursuant to the provisions of Article 27 of the Independent Commission election law No. (11) for the year 2012 issued under the Local Administration Act No. 22 of 2021 and Article (6 ) From the Amman Municipality Law No. (18) of 2021, which was published in the Official Gazette No. (5761) dated 12/1/2021.
Included the executive instructions for the preparation of lists of voters, the executive instructions for the formation of committees, the executive instructions to run, the executive instructions for the adoption of representatives of candidates in the polling stations and counting, the executive instructions to adopt journalists and media in media organizations, audio-visual and print local and international, operational instructions for the adoption of observers Bylaws, bylaws for the accreditation of international observers, bylaws for the rules of electoral campaigns, by special instructions and conclusions.
