Al-Kalaldeh meets a delegation from the Agency for International Development

Dr. Khaled Al-Kalaldeh, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission, met with a delegation representing the Agency for International Development headed by the Agency's Director, Sherry Carlin, and in the presence of a delegation from the Agency.
Al-Kalaldeh stressed the importance of this meeting, which comes with the aim of promoting and developing ways of joint cooperation between the commission and the agency, which contributes to the dissemination of electoral awareness and education programs, and support of youth and enabling them to engage and participate in the political process in general and elections in particular.
In turn, Carlin praised the development witnessed by the Independent Election Commission and the qualitative leap it made in the field of managing electoral operations.
She also expressed her admiration for the advanced level reached by the commission, stressing the provision of all forms of support for democratic work in Jordan.
The two parties stressed the importance and continuity of coordination and joint cooperation to serve the electoral process and contribute to its improvement.
