The Commission is in the process of launching a specialized awareness sessions’ program for all judges of the magistrate court, court of first instance and the court of appeal, with the aim of holding specialized sessions on electoral petitions, and benefit from the experiences of previous elections in the field of adjudication in judicial appeals.

The program is expected to cover nearly one thousand judges from all the Kingdom’s courts and will last for about a year.
