Conclusion of Leadership and Electoral Conflict Resolution Training

The leadership and electoral conflict resolution training has been concluded today in IEC, held by the Commission in cooperation with the Jordanian political parties.

Samar Haj Hasan, member of the IEC Board of Commissioners, has emphasized during the graduation ceremony of the representatives of the political parties participating in this training the importance of holding this training which handled several aspects related to the leadership and conflict management skills, negotiation and dispute strategies, the mediation for the electoral process partners and the regional and international legal agreements.

(21) Participants; males and females, representing the Jordanian political parties have participated in this four-day training through which they acquired the needed leadership skills and the cognitive capacities that guarantee their readiness to participate in the next elections.

It is worth to mention that the Commission will conduct a series of specialized trainings in this domain in cooperation with the partners aiming at improving the electoral process.
