The Independent Election Commission (IEC) concludes the works of Management and Electoral Dispute Resolution course

The Independent Election Commission has concluded the last stage of the series works of Management and Dispute Resolution course for partners in the electoral process today which is held by the Commission in cooperation with the Jordanian political parties which targets youth groups and lasted four days. 

 The course aimed at providing participants with all necessary leadership skills and cognitive abilities that ensure their readiness to participate in any future elections through focusing on many topics related to leadership and conflict management skills, and strategies of negotiation, confliction, and mediation for partners in electoral processes and international and regional legal conventions. 

Certificates were given for graduates at the end of the course.
