IEC Starts Assessing Electronic Linkage Cadres

The stage of assessing trainers of cadres and electronic linkage system has started in IEC and will continue until September 2019. 

According to IEC spokesman, Jihad Momani, the program aims at updating and enhancing the database of the electronic linkage system trainers, as well as determining the actual need for trainers, bring them in and providing the database with the qualified trainers. 

Momani explained that the trainers undergo an evaluation process based on a set of criteria that take into account the knowledge and training tracks required for each trainer, where trainers will be classified based on the results of the evaluation process and subjected to training processes in later stages to acquire more knowledge and concepts related to the system of electronic linkage.

 It is worth mentioning that this workshop targets (150) participants, male and female, from all the Kingdom’s governorates.
