The Independent Election Passes the Phase of External Scrutiny of ISO.

The Independent Election Commission has passed the external audit phase of the ISO 27001:2013 certificate for Information Security Management System (ISMS).

This system is applied in all directorates of the Commission and the services provided in support of the electoral process, and this audit is the second, as many of the procedures and processes carried out by the Commission, which take into account all international standards for information security management, have been audited.

The Commission had obtained the ISO certificate for Information Security Management System in July 2020.
