Election Committees of Chambers of Industry Perform Legal Oath

Heads and members of the Board of Directors of the Chambers of Industry and the industrial sectors’ representatives for the year 2018 have performed the legal oath on Monday, 24/9/2018 in the presence of a member of the Board of Commissioners of IEC, Dr. Zuhair Abu Fares, as stipulated in Article (12) of the system of Chamber of Industry for the year (2005) in order to carry out their duties stipulated in the laws and executive instructions issued pursuant thereto.

Election committees were handed the decisions of their designation to perform their work and to carry out all necessary preparations for the next step.

Article (12) of the system of Chamber of Industry stated “Heads of control committees and their members shall perform the oath prior to starting their duties before the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners or one of its commissioners, who shall be assigned by the Chairman for this purpose”.

BOC of Independent Election Commission decided to hold the elections of BOD of the Chamber of Industry and the industrial sectors’ representatives on Saturday 10/11/2018.
