Independent Election: Completion of the training of election committees on electronic connectivity  

February 13, 2022 The Independent Electoral Commission today completed the training program (communication, connectivity, and electronic mechanisms) which was dedicated to training the heads and members of electronic connectivity participating in the elections of provincial councils, municipal councils and the Amman Secretariat Council scheduled for | March 22, 2022. According to Mahmoud al-Zaban, director of the Authority's Information Technology Directorate, the aim of the training is to inform and train heads and members of electronic connectivity in electoral districts on the ways of communication and how to deal with the electronic connectivity used in the upcoming elections. He added that holding such a training program enables the heads and members of electronic connectivity to ensure the readiness of computers, printers and electronic devices used in the electoral process. The program lasted for three days and was attended by 536 participants from various regions of the Kingdom.
